Appointments with hair salons can be booked through the TOKYO BEAUTY STARS website free of charge, and up to 3 months in advance.
Hair service quality and the final results of the treatments are the sole responsibilities of the salons. We only facilitate the reservation procedure.
We do extensive research on salon treatments and our articles are based on real salon experiences. Every effort is made to introduce the highest quality services, and if there are any undesired results, the situation is beyond our control. Salons take sole responsibility for any negative outcome of beauty services given.
Our articles are written based on the experiences of the hair models at the time of service. Please be aware that products used may differ from the ones described in the articles. However, the services listed in the “Services include” section are guaranteed, and even though details may be different, the quality of the guaranteed services remain the same.
Customers’ hair type and condition may make them unsuitable for selected services. In that case, the stylist will suggest another service that would be more suitable, for example: some types of bleached hair, or hair colored with henna, may not take well to a digital perm. Also, if the hair is too damaged, a digital perm may not be effective in that case either, so the stylist may suggest a point perm instead, meaning only the ends will be permed, not the full length of the hair.
If customers are late or lost, they should call the salon directly.
Depending on the salon, late customers may have to wait for other clients to finish their treatments, or possibly be denied the service for being late. Therefore, we encourage customers to be on time for their appointments.
Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
Cancellations are accepted at least 2 days before the appointment, at no charge. Cancellations must be sent by e-mail, to email@example.com.
Rescheduling of appointments can be done by cancelling the original reservation, then making another appointment.
We are unable to guarantee reservations if customers are more than 15 minutes late for their appointments.
Cancellations made later than 2 days prior to the appointment, and no shows with no justifiable reasons for their absence, will result in a penalty of 100% of the service cost, and a PayPal invoice for the charge will be sent to the e-mail address. Furthermore, failing to be at the salon for a reserved treatment without notice, may result in customers being blocked from future bookings.
We kindly ask customers to try their best to avoid late cancellations and no shows, as this negatively affects our business relationship with our selected salons. A good business relationship with our featured salons makes it possible to give our customers the highest quality service.
We collect clients’ personal information and beauty data for the sole purpose of providing them with the highest quality services. We utilize the data to identify the most suitable services that would meet our customers’ specific needs, thereby optimizing the quality of services with our affiliated salons. All personal data collected from customers will be treated as strictly confidential.
We will use customer information for the following purposes only:
• Processing reservations for services requested
• For statistical purposes to improve our website
• Planning content
• Sending Newsletters
• Promoting new services or the services of our partners, including email and social media platforms
• For in-house research and statistical analysis.
We cannot guarantee customer satisfaction regarding contents and services offered through our website, nor do we take responsibility for any negative outcome related to the use of our website.
