It’s free and easy to select a featured beauty package and make the reservation online on our website.
We accept reservation requests as early as 3 months in advance.
Three Steps to Make a Reservation Online
Step 1.
On the website Home page, select one of the Beauty Service Packages and click to see its detailed content. If you would like to reserve, click the "MAKE A RESERVATION" button on top of the page. Fill in the BOOKING REQUEST FORM with your information and send your request.
Step 2.
We will contact the hair salon to make the reservation according to your request. And after that we will send you the final reserved date and time in a confirmation email.
Step 3.
Upon receiving that Reservation Confirmation email, you are ready to go and enjoy the service and pay directly at the beauty salon.

How to reschedule my appointment?
We accept reschedule up until 3 days before to your appointment.
You can reschedule by cancel the current reservation and book a new one again directly from the website.
How to cancel my appointment?
We accept cancellations at least 2 days before your appointment, any later and you will be charged the full service fee.
To cancel a reservation, please write to us at reservation@tokyobeautystars.jp and include your reservation number and your name. Or you can reply on the Reservation Confirmation email and specify that you want to cancel that reservation.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you are lost or delayed along the way, please call the salon directly.
Depending on the salon, you may have to wait for other customers to finish or possibly be refused for missing your appointment time. This is why we ask you to be early or on time for all appointments.
